We are focused on providing a safe and secure environment for your pet. To ensure the health and safety of your pet/s as well as our other guests, we require all of our clients to read and understand the following policies.

We have a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all the animals in our care, and require that every grooming guest be up-to-date on their rabies vaccinations. Puppies can be groomed in our spa two weeks after their 2nd vaccination. You will be required to bring your vaccination verification or you can have it emailed to us.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a professional service from start to finish with your cooperation and know that from time to time, things happen and we will do our best to accommodate your changing schedule.

  • Please provide a minimum 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee per animal. We provide courtesy email and text reminders in advance for your convenience.

  • If you are running late, please call, text or email us and leave a message. Your appointment time slot will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment time, a $50 late fee will be applied or your appointment may be cancelled as a no show which will incur no show fees. Please understand that when you are late, it affects our ability to provide timely service for other clients that day.

  • Prepayment for future services will be requested when a client has been late or had a late cancellation/reschedule or no showed for one or more previous appointments.

  • No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and will also be asked to prepay when booking the next appointment. This payment is non-refundable.

  • In order to book your next appointment, cancellation/rescheduling and no show fees must be paid in full.

  • Cancellation and no show fees are not applied toward future services. In the event you choose to reschedule an appointment later that day or another day, it will count as a new appointment and the standard policies still apply.

  • When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please make sure you contact us either by phone (leave a message if you get voicemail) or in writing and make sure you receive a confirmation from the spa.

  • If a groom is cancelled or aborted on the day of or at the spa for reasons including but not limited to insufficient vaccination records and refusal of extreme matting shave down, cancellation or no show fees will apply.

  • All pets must have an up-to-date rabies vaccinations on file. New client registrations and existing client record updates can be done online or at the spa.

  • Groomers can provide a rough estimate for the length of the total service at the time of drop off. We provide ample notice to travel allow time to pick up your pet.  Our policy is to have all pets out within 1 hour of service completion to ensure comfort for the animals and ask that owners do pick up their pets when called.

Grooming prices vary from breed to breed, depending on the  size, hair type, the frequency of grooming, condition and length of the coat, type of haircut, and temperament of the pet.  Dogs with matted or very thick coats, or temperamental personalities often take extra time to groom, in which case the price will be reflective of the additional time involved.

Dogs that are not groomed on a regular basis will be charged a non-regular customer fee.  We have found that dogs that are not groomed on a regular basis require additional time, skill and product. We recommend dogs be groomed every 4-8 weeks, those we haven’t seen in 10-12 weeks will incur the additional charge. This does not apply to cats or short hair dogs.

We accept cash,  all major credit cards and checks. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
